The sale of these products are governed by the following general conditions of contract, which the buyer accepts when acquiring a product of THE CELLAR JUICE following the purchase procedure of it. These general conditions of purchase are in force for all the products that are offered in the store, being able to modify without previous notice, not affecting the changes to the purchases already made. The contract conditions and the purchase procedure are written in Spanish.

1.- HOW TO BUY

To make a purchase, the cart must be composed first. To do this, you can select the products you want by clicking on the “buy now” icon or add to the cart that appears both under the product and in its extended description. The search can be done by browsing the categories, using the search engine, or entering advanced search. To include a new product to the cart, simply search for another product by the means indicated above and click “buy now” or add to the cart. To change the units you must modify the number and press “update”. To delete a product you must press “delete”. Once the shopping cart is composed, you must click on buy if you are not registered, you must do so at this time, if you registered beforehand, you will be asked for the user name and password of the store, choose the payment method and the delivery address (for default, the billing will appear, indicated when registering as a user) and press “finish”. At this time, your order will be issued and may be paid. The delivery date will be effective from the moment your payment is received. If this is not done within a certain period, the order will expire, since the term and price conditions may vary. However, if you are still interested in the products, you will only have to place a new order.

2.- DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT AND AVAILABILITY.

The purchased products will be delivered, as a general rule and except for breakage of stock, within a period of 48/72 hours, indicating the delivery date in the purchase confirmation. The shipment is available for peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and Europe.

If the purchased product was not available at that time, the buyer will be notified to choose another product with similar characteristics and price, or resolve the purchase, paying the amounts paid within a period not exceeding 3 days since THE CELLAR JUICE has effective record of the payment made.

3.- REGISTRATION OF CLIENTS.

To buy at www.thecellarjuice.com it is necessary to register as a customer and enter with username and password.

4.- HOW TO ADD MORE PRODUCTS TO THE SHOPPING CART?

Simply going back to find another product and clicking on the shopping cart icon or buy now. If you want to delete some product just press the “delete” icon. If you wish to modify the number of units, you must do so in the corresponding box and press “update”.

5.- CAN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BE CHANGED?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address in the shopping cart, which will be independent of the billing address. This will be what you provided when registering as a customer. By default, the delivery address that will appear will be the billing address. If you wish to change the delivery address once the order has been issued, you will have to contact info@thecellarjuice.com and we will do it in the act, as long as the order has not left the warehouse.

6.- HOW IS THE ORDER MADE EFFECTIVE?

7.- WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?

After sending the Order. And before it expires.

8.- DO YOU SUCCEED AN ORDER?

Yes. If in a certain period of time the order has not been paid, it will expire, since the price and term conditions may vary. This expiration period will be 5 days after the confirmation of the order. However, you can make a new order equal to the previous one that will have a new expiration period.

9.- HOW DO I KNOW THAT SOME OF THE CONDITIONS DO NOT FULFILL?

11.- STATUS OF THE ORDERS

Orders can be found in the following states:

Pending: These are the Orders that have been completed pending processing.
Processed: Refers to Orders made and viewed by us. In this case, the Order is in the process of being processed and awaiting arrival at its destination upon payment thereof.
Sent: Those Orders have already been sent by us.
Expired: This name is given to those Orders whose payment has not been made having exceeded the expiration period.

12.- PRICE, SHIPPING AND TAX EXPENSES

The prices of the products offered on the website are indicated in euros (€), and include the VAT in force at the time of purchase.

Orders will be delivered by transportation companies.

13.- PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of the contracted products can be made by:

Bank transfer or deposit account. We will send the order once the deposit is checked. If you send us an email to info@thecellarjuice.com with proof of payment, we will send you the order more quickly.

14.- RETURNS

For any purchase made, the buyer has 7 working days from the receipt of the order to return it at no cost, although the buyer must take care of the direct costs that entail such return. The return of the order will be made by sending them to the social address of THE CELLAR JUICE, in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and communicating before sending it the will to withdraw from the purchase by any means admitted by law.

Although the purchase sale has already been confirmed, and while the order has not been sent to its addressee, the buyer maintains his right to desist from the purchase made and the refund of the amount previously charged. In the event that the shipment has already occurred, the customer should wait for the order to request the return.

Once the order is found again in the stores of THE CELLAR JUICE, the returned items will be checked, and if everything is correct, the buyer will be reimbursed the amount of his purchase in the same means of payment, excluding shipping costs.
Being a food product, the packages will not have been opened or manipulated.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

THE CELLAR JUICE recognizes the client the right of withdrawal under the terms and terms recognized in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in which case THE CELLAR JUICE will reimburse the customer the amount paid in concept of applicable price and taxes, to the account number indicated by the client. The customer has a period, to exercise the right, of 7 business days from the delivery of the product, considering as such date, unless proven otherwise, the one indicated in the delivery document signed by the same. In order to exercise this right, the client must send an email to info@thecellarjuice.com and notify it by phone, in some way admitted by law and within the established deadlines. In any case, the customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the aforementioned product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal of the purchase made, you must print and fill out the model withdrawal document and put it in the package where you include the items to be returned. THE CELLAR JUICE will refund the amount paid for said purchase within a maximum period of 30 days.

15.- VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

The items offered in the online store, and the prices of these, will be available for purchase while they are in the catalog of items displayed through the website.
